Tax Street LLC Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®
These policies will help users determine how Tax Street LLC fulfills orders and credit card payments made through the payment processor Stripe.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refer to you, the person on this website and compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client most appropriately for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, by and subject to, prevailing laws of the State of Washington. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, is taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Fulfillment Policy
At Tax Street LLC, we ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and understand the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.
Delivery Policy
At Tax Street LLC, we prepare tax returns and advise on tax strategies, we review all pertinent information, deliver necessary documentation regarding the tax situation. We deliver our services to clients via electronic, telephonic and in person means pursuant to our client’s requests.
Refunds
Clients are only charged after the work is performed to their satisfaction. However, we will work to ensure customer satisfaction as best as possible including providing a refund if necessary.
Return Policy
This is not applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are free to cancel appointments and the Tax Street LLC services at any time. However, they are expected to pay for any work completed up to that point.

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you, we ask you to please contact tom@taxstreet.com with any concerns. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
